What have you achieved in the last year?

My twin girls have just fallen asleep and hubby is just tidying up after our twins 1st birthday today, i can't believe they are already one as the year as gone so quickly. I became all teary thinking soon they'll be 2 then at nusery then school, so i came on here where there are other mums in the same boat as me A year can be both a long and short time so what have you or your little one's achieved in the last year?
