ual harrasment/hr blunder?

i have a new head chef at work and he started making inappropiate comments very soon after he came to our place!making comments like 'oh im far to tired for a life....but i bet yours is great ;)' and when speaking about cheating and i said i would never cheat on my partner he looked at me n said 'oh thats a shame ;)' they are just 2 of the comments he made!!!im am only 20 and can handle the sort of banter but it did really make me feel very uncomfortable.he also took off his shirt coz he was hot and wanted to change his top but this was right in front of me and in the kitchin.highly inappropiate.so when my boss came in a said how it made me feel and she said she would keep an eye on it.but if i wanted to make it formal i would have to write a letter and he would be pulled up!i didnt write the letter but today he had an apparasil where EVERYTHING i had told my boss was mentioned,he then text mew and said 'Hi ****it seems that charles was not happy with my changing chefs whites and you saw me.sorry i thought i was only changing in the room,did i do something in the kitchin' so he actually knows i said those things.to make matters worse they have dissmissed him but i still have to work with him for another week and i dont no what to do or where i stand on the matter that they actually told him what i said.im really worried about 2morrow now :( he is about 45
