Who else has crazy ambitions like becoming an astronaut one day?

I do .. a lot of people tried to put me off telling me majoring in Aerospace Engineering would be stupid ,and that i am not "astronaut quality" and that i should stick to keeping space activities as a hobby. But I'll never give up my dream that i held on to for too long ..what is real the definition of a "dream"? Dream is not reality and it’s not certain. Is it a bad delusion? Is it worth it to go for the dream? I got puzzled from time to time and question myself "Is it okay to live for my dream?" However I believe the best way to achieve the dream is to take the steps.. this why i am on my second year of Aerospace Engineering right now ..
