[PLEASE ANSWER] When I try to log in to 'Facebook' it says:"Account disabled", what does this mean?

Well, a few weeks ago facebook sent out an email (it could have gone into your spam folder automatically since you said you didnt get one) but it said that facebook was becoming over crowded and that there were some accounts that werent being used. They wanted you to send on the email so that they could make sure you were still using your account within two weeks after you got the message. Im not sure how that works, but thats what the email said.
