Can Dana White sue Tito Ortiz for not showing up?

Poor Dana trained like hell for 6 months, hired trainers and sparring partners, haggled with the Nevada boxing commission suits, had medical exams, ate stuff he hated, and Tito just flakes on him in the end. Can he sue Tito for not showing up? Somehow I think Tito did this to him on purpose, just to screw over a guy he didn't like after putting him through hell. My respect for Dana White has gone through the roof after watching that show. He is a first cl guy and he deserves all the success he's had.
