Cleaning my belly on piercing?

i got my belly on pierced yesterday and idk wha to clean it wit. i got it done at a really good place cause my sister woudnt let me get it done anywhere else unless she knows em. but he tol me to wash it wit dial soap. i dont have any. so wha can i wash wit it tha i woul actually have..
