Divorcing a slob!!?

I have a wife of 21 years, two kids 20 and 13. a nice house in Florida. The problem is my wife does not clean, does not work, has not been intimate in over 5 years, spends way too much and is a severe pack rat so much so she and my daughter have to sleep on the couch. I try to get rid of the clutter but she takes it off the curb and stuffs it back into the house. Friends and family have tried to get her to get rid of the crap. her mother died in California and she would not even go there for the funeral in fear of having the clutter removed. My daughter needs a room and I am sick and tired of the excuses. I need to divorce her and get her out of the house. The kids don't want to live with her. How can I keep the house that I work and pay for and make her vacate with her crap. I don't care where she goes. I am so tired of working my *** off to have a household like this. I am a patient man but my patience is over. BTW, I commute 1.5 hours one way to work in Orlando for our safety.
