How do I get a meta key for my blog?

Just started blogging and saw this "enter your meta key" on and found out it helps search engines find the blog. How do I find my meta key, or apply for one? (If you cannot tell, I am not a computer whiz at all.) It has a place for Yahoo, Google and Bing meta keys. Thanks!
