I'd greatly appreciate your help in helping my relative basically recover his life?

Hi, my uncle is a Cuban American. He studied in the University of Havana in Cuba. He earned his master degree. I am not exactly sure, but I think he is what people refer to as a Physician (from Physics) Mathematician. He entered into a study in his school where there were initially 300 people, and only 9 graduated, including himself. Basically, he did a lot of studying related to electricity and specially magnetism, studied nano technology, and you can basically just see aruond that area. He did research until he was 28 years old. He came to this country and he initially tried to get in course with what he was familiar with in Cuba. He had a child, and had to start working with whatever he could do support his family. He was working like a dog for a very long time and wasnt able to get into anything, creating a "gap" in his resume. Currently, he's a trucker and basically works the entire time to support his family. He does not have time to go to a school (continued in edit)
