If you cannot afford to go to the doctor/dentist you need to find someone who will let you have some antibiotics. You might want to consider just calling your doctor/dentist and ask them if they would call you in a prescription for antibiotics, this would at least save you on the office visit. The longer you wait the worst it's going to get. Good luck and hope you feel better soon.
