Items that should be included in the upcoming Gun ban.?

There is no upcoming gun ban so your question has no merit. Only a few Liberals and perhaps also a few people in other parties actually want to ban guns. Actually despite that, I am pretty sure that if all the adults in the USA (a democracy, you know) were to vote on the subject, ault rifles, automatic weapons, and high capacity magazines like used in Tucson and on several other attacks recently would be banned. The 30+ magazine used in Tucson was not legal to purchase under Clinton's time, but the Republicans let that ban lapse during Bush's administration. Do you support that?
