We want rid of orioles. They are chasing away our hummers & have killed one of them!! What do we do? Help!?

There is not a lot you can do to get rid of one type of bird and not the others. As long as you are putting food out..it is pretty much a free for all. You can completely take down your feeders, or you can try to put out food for both types of birds, put a hummingbird feeder on one side of the yard, and an oriole feeder on the other. They do make nectar feeders specifically for orioles. Orioles also like orange slices and g jam. Wow, how did the oriole catch the hummer, they are pretty fast. I don't usually see any birds get very close to them and they are usually pretty agressive. Also, just wanted to mention that all birds are protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty Act..so you can deter them, but you cannot harm them in any way.
