Weird blackheads?

I've noticed I have, right on the "seam" of my lip near the corner, two black bumps that look like blackheads, only a lot larger. They've been there for months, unchanged, and I can't really notice them unless I stick my lip out and scrutinize them in the mirror....but what are they and how can I get rid of them?
