Double major in psychology and OLS or Masters's degree?

I would like to know which would be better in the job market, either to have a double bachelor's degree in psychology and Organizational Leadership and Supervision, or to get a Master's degree in industrial Organization psychology. Would the double bachelor's degree be competitive or would the psych master's degree be better?
