Pressure on dermal anchor, audible click & pain?

I got a dermal anchor on my face right below my temple 12 days ago. I have taken good care of it and it seems to have healed well. My puppy was cuddling with me and she rolled her head very hard over the jewelry. I heard a click and felt mild pain and it feels sensitive now. Should I be worried?
