Why does everyone or every other nation has to be under Western rule or play by their rules? ?

In films you see bigoted westerns making fun of other foreigners for their poor pronounciation and poor english and make fun of them and everyone laughs along. Why do we never see foreigners making fun of those westeners for not being able to pronounce or say a single word of their language and make fun of them? Why do we always have to see a westener or American making fun of foreigners in or out of their country, but not the other way around? Why do or should people find it funny for french or a german or an asian to be mocked for their incompetency in english either their in America or in their own country than seeing an American made a fool of because of his incompetency in their language? Bottom line, why does everyone just play along with them by their rules and never do anything about it? What kind of fairness and prejudice is that? Because in my view, Americans are the most bigoted, and prejudiced and illiterate fools when compared to other more literate and talented foreigners. Why the injustice? Why is it okay for Americans or westerners to simplify things and stereotype them than seeings foreigners do the same to Americans and not get away with it successfully?
