Does he still love me?

My boyfriend finished me about a month and half ago and we have been together over a year and half. He texted me everyday tellin me how much he loved me, then finally asked for me to get back with him cryin and beggin. i didnt want to get hurt again buh i did get back with him after ages. then jus before i went on holiday we had an argument cos i spoke to a lad when we had split, i told him it didnt mean anything, half way throught my holiday he was beggin for me back again over fb. and we were fine, i recently have my exams and havent seen him tha, he said stuff like youve changed, its like were in a long term relationship and it feels wierd, and its like were not together. this really got to me and i began to cry infront of him, he then started to say should we split up till after my exams, this really got to me as i didnt want to go throu this again, i told him if he finishes it its for good and for him to never speak to me again, he took me home and said yano i didnt plan for this to happen ive got a ring at home tha i was guna give you after your exams :/ i spoke to him this mornin bout everything and told him how much i love him, he didnt sound tha happy, and i asked if he would get back with me after my exams, he said yeah buh it didnt sound convincin am i being paranoid? does he love me?
